Having the energy and the experience to enjoy and to continue to learn from life.

My family and the positive reset I achieved in my life following a hard period.

Feeling that I’m completely happy in all aspects in my life - no arrogance, just positivism!
What is a trait you are most proud of?
That I am able to give time to myself to spend time with friends, at the hairdresser and sleep long hours when possible.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Being able to prioritise better…!

Health, safety, energy, positive mentality, positive people.

My social abilities.

Losing my loved ones.

Fun and interesting exchanges, honesty and mutual admiration.
What advice would you give your younger self?
That nothing is that important and to believe more in yourself.

Situations in life are 10% what they are and 90% how you react to them.
How important is self-love and dedicating little moments of celebrating yourself?
Very! You become a better person in all aspects when you dedicate time to that.
Additional thoughts for younger women....
Life is not that difficult. Surround yourself with positive people and stay positive as much as you can. Don’t embrace problems that are not yours and especially those you can’t do anything about it. Be loving, be caring and life will reward you.
