My wisdom, my experience, my serenity, my big kids, my sexiness.
2. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
To know who I really am and living my vision and purpose.
3. What's your favourite thing you have checked off your bucket list?
Starting my own business and living my life self-determined.
4. What is a trait you are most proud of?
My quiet persistence and the way I inspire and touch people.
5. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Maybe a bit more patience.
6. What is your idea of perfect happiness?
I am
I am present
I am Connected to myself
I am conscious and greatful every Moment
I live transfiguration with no judgment
Happiness is always here and around us
7. What is your most treasured possession?
My Health, my Mind - Body - Soul.
8. What is your greatest fear?
Fear is a construct and I don‘t make it significant.
9. What do you most value in your friends?
I love to talk, chat, laugh with them and share precious time with them. It gives me energy and connection.
But I also love to spend time with myself and go hiking, do sports and a lot of other things.
10. What advice would you give your younger self?
Trust, stay connected with your inner truth and wisdom. Be brave and believe in yourself.
Always remember who you are.
11. How important is self-love and dedicating little moments of celebrating yourself?
It‘s the basic of love and high frequency. It‘s the basic of abundance.
It‘s requiered for loving, understanding, compassion and
being in connection to yourself and others.
12. What is your motto or favourite quote?
You become what you think and feel.
If you want to change something in your life, you have to change yourself.
So do inner work and alignment.
Which Part of you are you ready to let Go, to gain space for the new you.
13. Additional thoughts for younger women....
You don‘t get what you want, you get what you need to get what you want.
And it will find you anyway, so don‘t be afraid. You learn and grow through your experiences.
The outside is your mirror and lets you recognize who you are in that moment.
