The very close circle of incredible friends I have built over the years.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I was born with something a little odd - my body cannot regulate my temperature easily, So I go from " normal" to absolutely red as soon as the outside temp changes or talking at length - makes me blush as if I was mortified. When I am not at all... :-)
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Party. Party, Party, Never stop sharing with friends and family I love. Life is for learning, and sharing. Always.
What is your most treasured possession?
My heart. I am not materialistic at all.
What is your greatest fear?
That my girls fail to integrate the basic life principles that I spend so much time and energy sharing with them.
What do you most value in your friends?
Their resilience. Patience. Creativity and generosity.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Just Go. Time will give you confidence but every minute passed you cannot get back. Just LIVE. Express yourself, dont be shy of your emotions or feelings they are YOU.

How important is self-love and dedicating little moments of celebrating yourself?
Absolutely mandatory. I was a woman before I was a wife, before I was a mother and before I had a successful career. I am Audrey, then I am honey, mum or someone's coach.
