1. What is the best thing about being your age?
You know exactly what you don't want anymore, and you learn to accept your flaws, even when they don't suit everyone. Equally you know your worth, and have learnt to praise yourself.
2. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Being a mother of 2 teenagers ! Motherhood is undervalued in our society, when it's a profound and hard journey !
3. What is a trait you are most proud of?
I'm a caring person, and this is not about to change.
4. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
That is a pretty difficult question! Every day, I'm thriving to be a better version of myself so I'd say it's work in progress.
5. What is your idea of perfect happiness?
I believe perfect happiness doesn't exist ! When I go through a challenging period, focusing on getting through the tunnel,
and doing the best I can to get out of it stronger.
6. What is your most treasured possession?
Without any hesitation, my two wonderful boys!
7. What is your greatest fear?
Inertia ! I refuse to stay stuck. I like my mind and my body to be as flexible as possible.
8. What do you most value in your friends?
I'm extremely lucky to have amazing friends, who are there to support me when I'm feeling low, or when I'm going through a difficult patch.
My best friends are present to listen to me without judgement, and that is so precious.
9. What advice would you give your younger self?
Trust yourself, and your power lies within you ! Forget about external validation, and move forward!

11. How important is self-love and dedicating little moments of celebrating yourself? *
These moments are crucial. I consider myself as a social introvert.
Therefore, I need plenty of time on my own reading, walking or practicing to recharge my battery.
