Investing in yourself - the best decision you will ever make!

Something important but often awkward to discuss. It used to feel very uncomfortable to me (I’m an artist not an accountant after all! ;) until I discovered the true value of what I am offering to my clients.
On January 1st 2024, I will be raising my prices. Don’t worry - any session booked before January 1st will still receive the 2023 prices, even if the shoot is happening next year, so if you’ve been thinking of having a shoot and need an excuse to go for it, this would be a great time to book it!

Some women are surprised and maybe a little concerned about the price of a photoshoot. It's true that a photo shoot is a luxury item and quite an investment. Of course, price is an important factor when choosing a photographer or any significant purchase. But remember, there's more to consider than just cost. The value of a portrait session is what makes it worth the price. The most important thing is to find a photographer you connect with, whose style you love, and who you can go back to again and again.

To me, something is “expensive” if the cost is greater than the value I find in it. This is different for everyone. I would gladly spend money on a travel, for example. Even if my credit card that month might make me want to cry, I know in 5 years time, I won’t remember the bill, but I WILL remember the adventures, the experiences, the food... Others might prefer to spend their money on a designer purse, or a car that they love. Things that are worth the investiment are things that you will LOVE every time you see, use or think about. Something that takes you back to a fantastic day or time in your life. Memories. What most people don't anticipate is that, unlike a designer handbag, gorgeous heels, or even a glamorous getaway, I PROMISE YOU:

I am not a “cheap” photographer. I do not have sales or discounts on my sessions. I carefully consider raising my prices. Raising my prices is not something I take lightly and not something that is randomly assigned. The price of a boudoir session is the price for a reason and I think you’ll see, as my previous clients can attest to, that the experience is absolutely, 100% worth it. At Zori Art Photography, you will receive excellent customer service. I will get to know you and make you feel comfortable during the photo shoot. Your session will be customized to your style. You will also receive high-quality hair and makeup by talented artists. By the time we start shooting, you will forget about any stress or doubts you entered the studio with and you will have a great time.
